Are you a tech-savvy problem solver who thrives on making enterprise systems hum? We are looking for a Business Application Support Officer to join our team and act as the bridge between our complex software solutions and the people who use them.

What You’ll Do

  • System Optimization: Take ownership of the end-to-end maintenance of our enterprise software solutions.
  • Digital Champion: Support the introduction of new technologies to drive efficiency and effectiveness across the organization.
  • Data Integrity: Use your SQL skills to navigate relational databases and ensure our records and knowledge management systems are accurate and accessible.
  • User Support: Leverage your high-level systems analyst skills to troubleshoot complex applications and provide clear, confident guidance to staff.

What You’ll Bring

Essential Qualifications & Experience

  • Education: Tertiary qualifications in Computer Science OR at least 3 years of experience in a similar role focused on enterprise software maintenance.
  • Expertise: Minimum 3 years of proven experience supporting enterprise software solutions.
  • Technical Literacy: A solid understanding of relational databases and the ability to write/run MSSQL queries.
  • Analytical Mindset: Demonstrated experience as a systems analyst working on complex, multi-layered applications.

Desirable Extras

  • Platform Specifics: Experience with SharePoint/SharePoint Online, SAP, Pathway, GIS, Library Management Systems, or Facility Management solutions.
  • Modern Tech Stack: Familiarity with Power Platform and Azure Logic Apps.
  • Dev Leanings: A background or interest in application development.

  • Communication: High-level interpersonal skills; you can translate "tech-speak" into plain English.
  • Adaptability: A flexible approach and the ability to deliver outcomes in a fast-paced, multi-tasked environment.
